Whats the best way to contact Expensiv Lifestyle?
Should you require help or additional information, please contact our Client Services at info@expensiv.co and we will be happy to assist you, we always reply within a few hours or less.

Where are you located, is there a physical store?
We are located in Toronto, ON Canada, we do not have our own physical retail store but there are times we feature products in select retail stores that are announced through our social media.

Where are your products made and shipped from?
All our items are made between USA & Canada and are shipped from Toronto, ON via Canada Post. We do not manufacture any items overseas allowing us better control over the items we sell and overall quality of production.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a shipping email? 
During high traffic periods, there may be a delay in delivery of shipping confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 4 days please contact us for assistance.

How long will my it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-9 business days for delivery depending on your location and selection during checkout. We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible.

I've added an item to my cart, but now its sold out?
Items in your cart are not reserved, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item before you completed your payment.

My shipping address is different from my billing address, why is my transaction declined?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
